Wondering if anybody else has had this issue with their windshield washers🤔 I noticed my driver side washer barely squirted water and the passenger side had no spray. I did not get a windshield washer fluid level low notification but I filled it up anyway thinking there must be something wrong with the warning light. After filling up the reservoir I still had the same small spurt of fluid on the driver side and nothing on the passenger side☹ Not sure what to try next but I have a 450 mile trip to make this week and service appts. at Ford are several weeks away☹
Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

There is a connection where the hose T's. Pull the tubing off at each connection and also at the nozzles trying the washer until you can isolate which section is clogged and then replace that section. Tubing and nozzles are cheap and available at most parts stores.
Thank you! I will try that today.

Might try a small needle in sprayer openings to see if clogged.

In my Hybrid Lariat the windshield washers are way too powerful. They spray the contents on the roof and on the front doors.

That might be mis-aligned sprayers. In cars of old you could tweak where the washer jet went by (carefully) putting a needle into the jet opening and moving the far end of the needle around. I'm not sure if that works on modern cars though.

After trying several of the solutions suggested I finally had my dealer appointment which included my wiper fluid issue as well as one of the 2 or 3 recalls. It turns out they called it “wiper jets failure” and have ordered the parts. Hopefully no shortage on those and I will have new ones before my next trip north 🤞🏻

Interesting to see my post from Oct/Nov about my windshield washers. The solution was replacing the jets which worked until last month when I no longer could hear the washer motor.

Of course it was another month before I could get an appointment so I added it to my airbag recall. As we all know the dealer won’t order parts based on my diagnosis so when I got a call from the service manager yesterday apologizing for the damage done to my truck when it went up on the lift he told me they had ordered a new washer motor, like I should be happy? Once they get it back from the collision repair shop they will install the motor. Sure hope to get my truck back since I’m leaving on Sunday.

Am I the only one with a windshield wiper issue?

Maverick has proprietary nozzles and cost about $20 each

Whatever you do, make sure that blue windshield washer reservoir cap is snapped down tight.
Mine went missing after a Ford service ? Whether the tech failed to snap it down, or what ?
No way to be sure.
That little piece of blue plastic cost over $ 38 dollars, $ 41+ after tax at the Ford dealer.
Probably 50 cents for Ford to make the darn thing.
