Window sticker check

If you pull up your window sticker, does it populate a new date in the bottom center along the white trimmed area? I noticed mine stopped today.

If it's been produced then the date mostly will only update weekly while it ships and the system generates the window sticker.

Each time I have selected to view the sticker, it would change the date every single time, if I did it daily. I watch this stuff toooooo much lol. I am trying to analyze everything

Yes it should change to the date which you accessed it. At least that is how it has been behaving for me.

Just checked now and mine now has no date in that area at all. Truck has an “in production” date of 9/10 on ford tracker.

If it's on the window sticker, it's on (or going to be on) the truck.

This should be true, but my window sticker says my truck has an LED center mount high stop light. No Maverick has that to my knowledge.

Happy to be wrong but 99% sure all brake lights - including the high mount center one - are incandescent. I’ve seen people on here with Lariat’s change these themselves.

My bad was talking about the invoice date but the blend data/buck Date and blend sequence is not there, which now makes sense. The status is still In Production and not built yet.

I was referring to an itemized package in that reply. If the window sticker shows something in the itemized breakdown, it means that it's on the order, and getting built with it.

That said, all features listed on any window sticker should be included and if not, there may or may not be some legal recourse.

There have been other issues, like Bronco Sports that still showed LED fog lights standard on Big Bend even though those were moved out to the Convenience Package for 2022 (and these units didn't have that package). Someone hasn't been doing a very good job making sure the standard features section gets updated when they take things away...

I agree, this is not the first time I’ve had a window sticker be incorrect. It’s just the first time it was incorrect in the wrong direction, as it claimed something is there that is not.

Other time was a Kia where window sticker claimed only the rear seat bottom cushions had heating, but the seat backs also heated.

I guess Ford intended for that to be LED but ditched it, and it is still slipping through on window stickers.
