I really don't understand why anyone would want to buy one of these Maverick trucks.

- The brakes are "grabby"

- The hood "wobbles"

- The paint is really thin

- Not all trim packages have push button start

- The manual key is cheap

- You have to pay extra for cruise control. I've never heard of such a thing. How does anyone drive without cruise control?

- One forum member reported his sunglasses holder kept popping open

- One forum member reported his front dash speakers did not fit flush

- The claim of avg 38 mpg is bull. One member reported he was getting 41 mpg.

- The air bags are faulty

- They were supposed to have a bigger entertainment screen but the shortened it and put in a cubby hole

- The eco mode will not remain as the default start up mode

- The spindle tops were trimmed. I have no idea what that means but it sounds very bad.

- The brake lights come on by mistake

- Don't even talk about the Hybrid harness issue

- There is some kind of leak that cause fires during warm up

- It does not come with a "Chubby" antenna. Bizarre. Who doesn't want a "Chubby"?

- And finally, beyond believe, my beloved water bottle does not fit in the door. How can any human today survive without their beloved water bottles?

Yes, how could anyone want their Mavericks with all of these issues?!

I will be making cash offers to take "unwanted" Mavericks off of people's hands. Hybrids and let's talk.
