Outstanding, nice low profile, best access to you whole bed and added protection for your rear window, just in case.
You can't beat the impact protection of the DIBL. Throw a piece of carpeting upside down. Load it with bricks or rock. And as you unload it's easy to pull the load towards you.
Thank you for the pictures.

I didn't really buy the Mav to haul anything around but my fat butt in the driver's seat. There is a a 2017 Silverado LT parked right behind it that gets all of the dirty work.

Same with my F series.
Time to pull the trailer and toys down from Utah.

Just installed a Rough Country Tri-fold flip up hard cover and it is very nice. I am glad I spent the extra money to get the flip up hinge as I've already found it useful to gain easy access to the full bed. This doesn't show it flipped up but when I did a grocery run I needed access to the full bed and flipped it up so I had direct access from the side.

Thanks, I’ll definitely be reaching out when ready to purchase. Hoping to get my truck sometime in January, have a 11/11 build date.

I'm probably suffering from choice overload, or how I want the best of everything. I've been reading these posts for longer than I've had the truck. I bought a cheap AZ soft cover to hold me over until I find what I want:
* Hard cover
* Nearly full bed access as the bed is short enough and not block the 3rd brake light when folded forward. I'd rather not need to remove the cover when I need more bed because then I'd need to put the cover somewhere and I'd probably not be at home when it happens.
* I'd like the possibility of adding racks, built in tracks preferably.

Speaking of racks. The racks I'd like to be adjustable, high enough to match a set of racks on the cab and then down lower than cab height, preferably without having to pull out the tool box.

Thank you in advance for your insight.

Hard folding covers are harder to fit with with a rack, but a retractable or hard roll-up will work. The Bak Revolver X4ts Hard Roll Up Tonneau Cover w/ T-Slot Rails has the security of a hard cover, full bed access when needed without ever blocking your rear view, the sleek stylings of a soft cover, and conveniently integrated T-slot rails for those added racks. The Elevate Rack is the most popular addition to the X4ts, providing that telescoping design that you're looking for.
