Took delivery Friday Oct. 15th. Ordered July 2nd and delivered Oct. 11. I notified them by phone and a followup e-mail that I wanted no dealer badging and nothing that I didn't order on the truck. They had to sneak "theft deterrent system" on it that I'm trying to cancel. Sale went as planed except for that. I didn't want to argue over it in deference to my wife. No high pressure sales for anything else. We just had to check boxes and sign a form for everything we declined. In and out in less than 1'30" and no one got hurt. That included a test drive. Overall they were good to work with. No markup but there was a handling fee.
