The struts were pulled a second time by the shop, photographed for Eibach to indicate they were clocked and positioned correctly with a second alignment. I have been advised by Eibach that they are working on my concern as they have been contacted regarding the same complaint.

I currently have the same knocking noise after installation on my FWD Hybrid. Installation instructions were followed per Eibach. Technical support recommends checking the front upper mount rotation/pad alignment. Truck is headed back to the shop for hopefully good results.
I placed my order through Chapman in Scottsdale on 6/9, no email order conformation from Ford. Contacted Ford to provide my email and was told my sales code was incorrect and the truck was ordered. Left a message but am not receiving return communication from my sales person regarding progress...
Hey Karen, contacted Ford and verified my order was placed on 6/9. They did not have my email information which I provided and they indicated that the order code I was given by the dealer was inaccurate and provide me with the correct number. Good luck!
I also never received a confirmation from Chapman. I did receive a copy of the build sheet when I ordered on 6/9, called to request from my sales person a confirmation from Ford but was only told it was ordered. Will need to contact Ford verbally.
