The answer is probably in here somewhere? I was wondering when they will start 2023 builds as there are still many 2022's still to be built.

It has been answered before but the short answer to your question is supposedly Nov. 14 but I've seen a couple of people on here state that their '22 Maverick is scheduled to be built that week. So who knows.
Many of the 22 rollovers will be built first starting in late November. I wouldn't expect many of the new 23 orders to be built before March. Maybe some, but not many.

You'll likely get a few responses, so buckle up.
Order banks for the '23 model year are closed and at this time show no sign of opening due to the sheer number of orders placed in the week the order banks were open. It's safe to assume a year or longer for hybrid orders to be fulfilled, possibly shorter for Ecoboost engines.
My recommendation is to reach out to local dealers and tell them what configuration you'd be interested in buying. If someone backs out of an order then expect to pay over MSRP for what is now considered dealer stock.

Unless they open up 2023 order banks again you are not going to get a '23 Maverick unless you get one used or from someone who declined to pick up his order from the dealer.
Not trying to be redundant, 23MY's hybrids do not expect to hear a peep from Ford until 7-23. If you hear sooner count your lucky stars and buy a lottery ticket.
