What's the latest on constraints?

I know SIBL was causing hiccups for awhile there. Anything else causing an issue? Wondering if I should adjust my order any point. Don't have a ton of add-ons but would eliminate something for the sake of speeding things up. Anyone hear or know of anything holding orders up?

Edit: Just noticed a post that was posted about 30 mins before mine outlining some constraints.
