Somewhere recently on this site was a list of items that forscan can alter, one did indicate that the speed limiter can be raised, but not removed. Would be interesting for someone to get a mild tune with the limiter removed, & under a controlled situation to see how fast one will actually go. I am thinking that around 130 you will be reaching the limits of aerodynamics-engine power/effectiveness of the intercooler. With a healthy tune upgraded intercooler a better intake & tires what would be the result. I am sure we will find out in the near future.
I saw that too but I can't find it on the list now, I think it listed 127mph as one option.
Personally, 108 is plenty for street use but people are gonna do what they do.

You're driving an aerodynamic brick. The speed limiter is there to stop you from lifting off the pavement and losing control. Why on earth would you remove that, knowing its going to kill you?
It totally killed me everytime I went over that limit.

It will go over 130. Zero issues. Mine has been over that.

Not sure mine will be a good representation because my tires are rather large and heavy but I may swap back to stock and see what it does. My 2.0 edge tuned by lms ran 132mph for just over 2 hours and never had a hiccup. Even got 8mpg while doing it

just an odd thought, cant change the limiter but you can change the size of the wheels with forscan. Put them as small as possible so it lets you get more rpm at the wheels. speedo will be off but you'll go faster. Or is there something else that determines speed in these trucks?

Would be opposite. You would hit the 108 limit without going actually 108. Bigger tires would do more mph than the Speedo is saying.
