Just got my alto blue xlt lux, fx4, tow. What is this bracket intended for? I assume it’s something for a lariat package.

yea looks like the B&O amp mount. could be wrong but its for something on the lariat.

Correct, it is for the B&O system. I have the Lariat Hybrid FE, that's what it's for. ....... The bracket is standard on all Mavericks regardless of trim level due to the nature of mods involved. Tack welded on.
