YES I have the same issue with my 2023 XLTIn southern cal we don’t get much rain , but what little we did seems to puddle inside rear doors , unless you open them to allow the drains to not seal against the weatherstripping . Not a huge problem here ,but the rust belt people will need to regularly rinse and open rear doors for a little drainage now and then .
in other words this water didn’t come dripping out of the drain holes until rear doors were held open for a few minutes.
