Waiting on Window Sticker

If it is in production, there is a Window Sticker and the factory has it. That is the factory's build instruction. Time to chat with your dealer or Ford Chat.

How would I contact ford chat? Through ford.com?
Yes...and be aware that the "CHAT" button sometimes will not appear on the page in some browsers. Try another browser if you don't see it. Ford.com, then choose "Support and Service", then select "Contact Ford". You can also call them. The number is all over the boards here, and is on that Ford.com page as well.
Strange no sticker yet? Well if it says in production it looks like your on the launching pad.

I received my build date back in January, it originally said February 27 and no other email has been sent, I’ve checked the link provided in the email and it said week of the 28 then it said 03/03/2023 and today it says 03/01/2023, I understand that dates are estimated not in stone, but I’m 10 days or so away from the build date and my windows sticker hasn’t appeared, is this a sign that it isn’t really being build that week or is this normal, I believe I read somewhere that the window sticker is needed before building of the actual unit. Is this so?

Got vin and build week of 2/27 on 1/26. Got window sticker Monday night 2/20 - one week before build week.
Most individuals receive there W Sticker around 5 or 3 days before it goes into production.

You will receive it.Try a different browser? Or update your existing browser as an older version may not support some newer code. Clear your cache it can be amazing how infrequently some people do so.

Good to hear about the 3-5 days. I am not scheduled till week of 3-17 but I do check from time to time. The features on the Ford email seem to be right but I will feel better when I see the window sticker- as long as it is correct! I did change my color and checked via phone to make sure that got done.

My 22 order was with a large dealer in FL. My 23 order is with a dealer in TX. The wait continues.

So I just got off chatting with ford and the rep just told me it’s not available check back or call the dealer lol and when asked if the dealer would have the window sticker they were like I don’t want to speculate, lol what? So I guess it’s not available as of now, maybe like someone said it’ exists it might no have been uploaded yet

I check both the first only says windows sticker not available it doesn’t even let me input anything and the second one I enter the vin and nothing not available, guess it’s just a waiting game now?
Ford Chat has both helpful as well as really, really ignorant Chat agents. And a lot of canned responses that have no meaning. I've had both kinds. As other have said, the WS is available a few days prior to build start. Mine was created on 1/4, I got to see it on 1/5, and mine went into production 1/12. Ford's tracking process has been terrible throughout this mess. Union Pacific is about as bad, once it gets shipped. Mine has spent 6 days to get from Salt Lake City to Denver so far (about 500 miles).
