Mine took just over three weeks to arrive… hopefully yours will arrive soon. I haven’t had any problems or FordPass notifications since the new harness was installed.
Howdy, can you please quickly summarize the exact issues you were experiencing and how long your truck has now been working after the repair.

Thanks

Began with lots of FordPass Deep Sleep messages. Then, interior lights would not illuminate, but truck would still start. Then the truck would occasionally lose all power when I shut down and I would have to use a jump box to start the truck. Finally, the truck lost all power every time I shut down and I had to use a jump box every time to start the truck. It’s been close to a month since the wiring harness was replaced, and so far I’ve been trouble free.

Yes, I tried using a trickle charger. The state of the 12 volt battery remained good, but the voltage at the connection under the hood would only read about 3 volts when the truck wouldn’t start. The resistance in the wiring harness caused the voltage drop.

Sorry my bad, I meant to say my dealer fixed the cable as in the video so the customer could get his truck on the road while waiting for Ford to send them a new cable

Same symptoms.

Looks like I've joined the "faulty harness club" as mine was dead again yesterday. I called the dealership and they understandably told me to call back after Christmas.
My battery is topped off and in good health at the underseat location, but voltage is low and wildly erratic at the underhood jump location.
With temperature around zero here, I am not going to risk getting stranded. I may risk jump-starting it next week for a one-way trip to the dealer as it will be warmer then.

I doubt there will be a loaner available for me either, I didn't purchase an extended warranty and some dealerships reserve their loaners for those that did (unwritten policy).
It will be frustrating if I have to wait weeks for resolution due to parts availability. Since this is a well-known issue and Ford didn't issue a recall, they should have at least dispersed repair parts to regional distribution points to minimize downtime. We shall see. I was hoping I had dodged the bullet with this issue as I've put 18,500 miles on mine since March and this just started occurring.

Sorry, I know the feeling.
If it makes you feel better, I purchased the extended warranty and can't get a loaner. Don't clear any codes and have Ford roadside service tow to the dealership. This method will document the issue. If I can help, feel free to DM me.

Looks like I don't have to make a decision regarding driving it to the dealership vs. utilizing Ford Roadside Assistance, mine is dead and not even showing any life when Noco jump box is attached to the underhood jump start locations.
Potentially waiting three+ weeks for replacement parts is concerning.

I had the same issue with the jump box
