Greetings WA MTC'ers,
There are many threads on the buying/sales experience at dealerships but for myself and those who already have their Mav, I would like to get some feedback from people who have had good or bad experiences with their dealership service department. I'm posting this here to keep a local geography useful to Mav owners in the WA state area. So please, let me know if you are happy or unhappy with your local Ford service department and why. Maybe recommend a tech or offer some valuable insight if possible.
For some background, I have a heavily modified Mustang with 3 pedals that I do all my own service work on for those reasons. It's my high maintenance princess but that was my doing and I would like my Mav to be a much lower hurdle for my time and energy investment. That being said though, the thought of dropping my new Mav off with a service dept makes my cortisol go up. There are enough threads and posts on here for anyone to understand even if they don't agree with my plight. I also have little knowledge of doing self service on a new vehicle while trying to maintain the warranty status. I am very aware of the legal jargon behind warranty claims, I'm just saying it's my first rodeo actually trying to keep the warranty valid.
TIA!
