Update:
Picked up an Oxford White Lariat 2 L ECO Boost off the lot Oct 15 & cancelled my June XLT order.
Additional accessories were ordered thru the dealer as part of the package.
Truck is fully loaded with the exception of a sun roof.
Took it north to Kirkland Lake (Northern Ontario) a few days later thru darkness & rain heavy at times.
This is an 8 1/2 hr. run each way.
Auto High-Beams & adaptive cruise was a wonderful surprise.
Approx. 1800 Km later this little truck drove itself.....awesome!!!!!!
8.3 L/100km, speeds between 94, 104, 118 km. Passing was a breeze.
Cruise maintained a constant speed no matter what the terrain unlike my other vehicles that were always adjusting/searching to keep up to set speed.
Approx. 3-1/2hrs @94, 2-1/2 hrs@104, 2-1/2 hrs @118....Combination of mostly hilly & some level roads.
Only complaint is that my left knee was sore from constant pressure against my door handle.
Could not get adjusted to eliminate this. I'm 6' 3" 325 lbs. I will look for something soft to place against the handle for future use.
AS INFO!!
