So I got into the truck this morning and the type A port was transferring fine. Then I got gas and when I started the truck again the USB port was no longer working. Any ideas or suggestions for how I might be able to fix it? Thanks

Hi, I get that sometimes. Usually turning off and on the truck fixes it. This happened a lot when I had a wireless carplay connected via USB A. Sometimes would start, fill gas and stop working. Other times disconnecting gadget and reconnecting to USB A would fix (reboot). A lot of "sometimes"...

this has happened to me multiple times..............last time was a week ago Sunday, and BOTH of the front usb ports quit working, Monday morning working, then not, then working again., fine since then. Dealership says to bring it in, but would have to be "not working" when they look at it for anything to be done? :curse:

Try a hard reset of the head unit. In my last Mav, I had this issue a handful of times and it resolved.

The indicator for me was the LED lighting around the USB port would not illuminate.

Press and hold the Seek Up (>>|) button while pressing and holding the Radio Power button. After approximately 5 seconds the screen will go black, release the buttons.

Try an infotainment reboot. Hold down the Power & skip forward buttons until the screen goes black. It will come back up in a few seconds and the problem may be gone.
