Took ownership of my Oxford White Hybrid Mavvy 1 week ago - Lux package - Black appearance package!

Just ran into trying to hook a USB hub to the USB C port getting the error message on the screen USB hubs not supported!

Has anyone got past this ? Config screens on dash or Forscan ?

Thx in advance,

I have a '23 hybrid XLT currently. I placed a four port USB hub secured with a short piece of 3M tape on the right side partition of the center console closest to the firewall. The hub is plugged into the USB A port to the left of my 12V power outlet (cigarette Lighter). The USB C port is where I pug my wireless CarPlay dongle. Rather than tapping individual footwell fuses to power my front dash cam, the wireless dongle, and dashboard mounted MPH HUD, I took the easy route. All are connected to the hub with cords with USB A connectors at the hub and a micro USB connectors at each accessory . The cords are appropriately run under the dash and up inside the A pillars to present a neat appearance. I'll likely power some ambient LED footwell light strips in the same manner. One feature I like with the hub is that each port has an individual on/off switch with a LED bulb to indicate when the port is switched on.

I also get the warning banner telling me that hubs are not supported and should be disconnected. My answer is to hit OK and disregard. Everything works and I have not experienced any problems.

Have you also tried a USB switch? Instead of a hub?

THx ALL, I thought not supported meant not gonna function. When u plug stuff into it all works -- now have to see how/if to get that message to stop popping

They had a recall that mine got caught up in. Ask your dealer. I had mione fixed a year ago under warranty they forgot a wire. In the process it turned into a recall and just last week they had to take my dash apart to take pictures to prove they fixed it.
