Update of the radio question...

Does Ford periodically send out updates for the audio system which might improve performance etc...?
Are these free if you swing by the dealer while in warranty to have them update it>?

My 2019 Mustang has gotten a couple of updates. The dealer can do it or you can probably do it. I downloaded one and put it on a thumb drive, then went through the process on the Ford website. I guess it did what it was supposed to do. I didn't notice a change.

Cool to know! I'm in IT and like to keep things patched up...lots of bug fixes in the updates that people don't always realize. Glad to hear there's a self patch process possibly.
