I ordered my maverick hybrid rapid red first edition on 16 June 2021. The truck was built on 10 September 2022 and was shipped on 11 September 2022. I took delivery on 18 October, yes one year ago today. My dealer came to my home picked up the truck this last Monday for the annual/10,000 mile oil change. Actually has 7803 miles. When the dealer returned my truck to my home I went through the paperwork prior taking the key fob. I noticed four recalls, I only knew of three and was confuddled. The first was 23E07, software calibration, not performed. The second was 23S27, engine fire, not performed. Third was 23E09, reprogram powertrain control module, preformed. The fourth I did not know about. 22P26 install new floor mats. Mine did NOT come with floor mat so I purchased tray type and have had them for almost a year. We do not get snow on the coast of North Carolina but it is all sand. Last was the works oil change, total cost of all service was $0.00. Thank you Ford Motor Company for taking a year to get my floor mats.

Not a recall, but a "Customer Satisfaction" Program / Technical Service Bulletin.

You are one of 3,440 Mavericks who fall under this situation. Ford doesn't consider it a big deal, as they did not even contact owners to let them know. It is up to a dealership to notice it and offer to provide the mats.

Reading through the TSB the part number listed is just for the front floor mats. My Maverick was also affected and didn't come with any but it seems you're just getting the front mats with this? Was the car supposed to come with rear mats as well or no?

I don't think rear mats were included on the Mav. At least not on the XL. I've owned a 2022 and a 2023 and all I got were front carpeted mats both times.

I just went through the 2022 packaging guide from which I ordered my maverick. Nothing is wrote about floor mats nor on my window sticker. I did find - floor liners, front and rear without carpet mats optional on all trim levels and floor liners, front and rear with carpet mats also optional on all trim levels.

Rear mats come with the Lariat, I believe. At least, I got both front and rear for MY23.

My FE Lariat came with front and rear carpeted mats. I forgot about those since I always put the rubber mats on top., hate red clay dirt on carpeting!

I just got my 2023 XLT five weeks ago and it did come with carpeted front mats only. I live in Florida and have the same sand problem as the original poster. I ordered front and rear tray mats, through Amazon, to catch the tracked in sand. They are not Weather-tech, but are made the same way and are more than half the price.

I have a hybrid Lariat with Lux package, and CoPilot 360. Also only came with front floor mats.

The mats are so bad anyway who cares? First thing I did was buy better ones.
