Truck Bed Exterior Lights

Does anyone know if Ford or anyone come up with a fix so the truck bed exterior lights won’t come on every time the driver door is opened.

No that's how Ford has them set up by design there is no way without using for scan I know of to not have the exterior lights illuminate when opening or closing the door.

That's one thing about Fords that's always drove me nuts is how the parking lights on the tail lights and headlights all light up when opening and closing the door as well as lock unlocking.. only way to remedy it is going to forescan and turn on police dark mode which disables as far as I know the exterior lights and the interior lights when opening closing the doors and or unlocking locking the vehicle.

Are you referring to the cargo lights up on the third brake light?

If you don't want them to light, remove the bulbs.
