I can see how he was confused but $30,175 definitely correct.
Yeah I can see it too since the top base vehicle price appears the same between FWD and AWD. Until you get down to preferred equipment packages, then it becomes clear AWD is a $2220 upcharge. With Ford giving Tremor it's own series code, they could have easily cooked the $2220 into that number, but then it would look like $2220 is to be added to that number. I can see confusion either way. The bottom line is the $30,175 base for an AWD Lariat Tremor is correct, thus the dealer is not marking up 5k like @Tone suggested.

If you're gonna snip it, at least snip the whole picture. It's pretty obvious AWD is $2220 more than FWD..

It's not obvious. The line I snipped says: "AWD" and it references the Tremor in parens. When you add the AWD to a FWD you add the $2200. When you add Tremor you add the Tremor price $2995. The $795 price difference is the cost of the new differential. That's how I would read it, but like I say, It's NOT obvious. Don't forget, this is F-O-R-D we're talking about! :ROFLMAO: How many things can they possible screw up???

It's obvious because anyone of sound mind should know an AWD Maverick is, was and will always be more $$$ than FWD.

Also, $2220 + $795 would be $3015, so that doesn't check out. The more obvious answer is that Lariat AWD base is $30,175, which is exactly $2220 more than $27,955. So your previous comment of the dealer adding "5k markup" wouldn't make a lick of sense either. You must be using that new math they teach these days, that's what I'll chalk all of this up to.

Your original quote tool post appears to be the dealers creation and not Fords so I guess we'll see once the actual Ford quote comes thru.

Are you still trying to insist there is a markup?

No, it looks more like the dealers pricing tool may be configured wrong.
From Fords pricing guide it says: "
TREMOR OFF-ROAD PACKAGE (17V; REQS. ADVANCED 4WD SYSTEM [W8G])"

So I'm just assuming you only need to add the $27,955 plus $2,995.
My main point is that It's not crystal clear.

If that was the case it would literally be cheaper to buy a Tremor than an FX4 ($3020 = $2220 AWD + $800 FX4)

Good point. But $3020 is more than $2995 and you don't get the "Higher Capacity Radiator" with the Tremor. ;););)

I said "with the Tremor".
And the Tremor is using a non-standard radiator from the BS Badlands.

In any case if you want to believe that Ford is selling the premium off-road package with even more unique components for cheaper than the mild off-road package, you do you.

My Tremor order is in. So it is $2220 for the 300A + The tremor $2995.
Fords Price summary doesn't lump the 300A with the W8G0.

I figured that would be the case, but I agree with you that's not how it was written.
