Tremor order at Priority Code 19

What do y’all think my chances are of getting scheduled sitting at a priority code 19? I’m at a low volume dealer and I believe there’s only about five maverick orders in front of me. The dealer has not been receptive to my requests to push my priority code up to 10. I’m thinking with Tremors getting scheduled there’s a chance.

It also depends on what features are on the orders ahead of you. And when your dealer receives allocation.

Based on the last commodities report that I saw....it does look like Ford has plenty of parts for the Tremor. So if the orders before you contained constrained options, you may very well schedule before them.

The priority code is dealer specific. It has nothing to do with priority codes at other dealers. The big factor that decides scheduling is how many allocations a dealer has, which they usually do not tell you. If a dealer has 1 allocation for the month but 2 orders that are the signed on the same date and parts are available for both, the priority code will decide which one gets scheduled.

Just make sure they do not add an ADM sticker on your Mav like they did to mine per this video. I ended up not paying this because the order form I signed was their price offer. A dealer cannot decide on some random price to charge you later. Don't let them bully you into walking either that is what they want.

Your Mav is ordered under your name and driver's license so you have first right to buy at msrp. If you walk they will high five each other as you walk out the door because you just handed them $10-$15k ADM for free. My guess is +$25k on a T.

My priority code 19 has been scheduled. Because your Tremor is an Ecoboost it should not get held up.
Ford has the parts to make Tremors so they should all get built. It is the Hybrid that is held back by parts shortages.

Thank you! Great to know that a 19 has been scheduled. I was thinking of pushing a little harder on the dealer to get my code to 10, but that don’t seem quite right when they still have roll overs.

I have a tremor prio code 19, scheduled for build the week of 2/6 , my current Mav was also a prio 19, ordered in July , built nov delivered 12/3/22

Priority codes don't mean anything outside of your dealer. So understanding what system your dealer uses might be useful. Some have all orders at 19 because that is the system default. Others have roll overs at 10 and new orders at 15 or some other number. It's up to the dealer how they assign a priority code.

To be fair they should have given all of their rollovers a 10 and any new orders something higher. So asking for a 10 might not get you anything but understanding if an 11 will help you or not would be interesting. Or maybe all their orders are 19, you have to ask.

Almost the same story as me, but I have not asked for better priority. I drove my xlt, fx4 to the lot right away and told them I can wait once I got my 2022.

From what I read on here I think you will get one.

I’m thinking its the dealer , its weird how so many great nothing / get updates .

i got a confirmation the next day ford , was able to log and and track build and received updates from ford every 45 days until delivery

I got my confirmation email on 9/20 and get the 45 day sorry/not sorry emails but i dont have anything on my ford dashboard and chatting with ford it is still in order processing...crazy since it is related to a FORD EMPLOYEE ORDER

I can tell you I was Priority 19 and was scheduled and rescheduled 2-3 times I believe with the final blend date being 3/21/23 despite by week of scheduled production being the next week. I can expect this truck at the end of April basically. I ordered back in 9/22. I wouldn't consider my wait excessive.
