TRAILFX Tailgate Liner RFMA22TG from Walmart

I already have a couple of small scratches on the inside of my tail gate, so I decided to put a cover on it.
This is what I got,
TRAILFX Tailgate Liner RFMA22TG from Walmart for 52.99, shipping included.
Removed the screws with Torx bit (T25, I think) and replaced, with a cordless screwdriver. Took about 10 minutes. The web site says the part will not fit, don't know why, but it does.
