I purchased the 2023 Maverick EcoBoost hoping to be able to tow my boat to the lake.
The first time I tried to hook up, I found that I had no running lights on the trailer.
I took the truck to the local Ford dealer, and they informed me that there is a recall on the trailer harness.
They left out of the harness, the wire that runs the running lights. WHERE IS THE QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER AT THAT PLANT.
Do they not even test these things before shipping them out.? It took me a whole 60 seconds to plug a trailer light tester into the truck to find the problem. Now I have to wait till the end of June 2023 for the new wiring harness to come to the dealer. (if it even makes it by then) so much for my spring fishing.
