(This might be a Lariat-only thing, I'm not sure if BLIS + trailer is available on other trim levels)
On my 2025 Lariat with 4k tow, I created a trailer and entered its length in the center screen.
Then I selected that trailer as active after plugging it into the connector.
In that situation, BLIS is supposed to monitor your blind spot including the trailer's length - but on mine this only works on the passenger side. On the driver's side, the BLIS indicator doesn't light up until passing cars are basically right beside the trailer and into the truck's blind spot.
On the passenger side, the BLIS stays lit until the trailer is clear of whatever I'm passing. Looking at the video from Ford, it should work the same on both sides
Anyone else?
