Tracking site broken

When I attempt to track my order via the website, i get the following error:

I chatted with CS and they were able to pull up my order and provide the status. Anybody else seeing this issue with the tracker?

The 'pizza tracker' is often broken in one way or another.
And I am getting the same error you get now, but it was working a few hours ago.

That error is common if the web site cannot talk to the underlying database. I would try again in a few hours.

Same here the site is down. So we are almost sure that Ford didn't lose are vehicles. Now if they can get that train to move a little faster I can stop looking at this photo. LOL

Our Mavericks are on the proverbial slow train to nowhere. Like I told my dealer, I will just wait until you call me and tell me its there. Who knows anymore. Plan on 2 weeks, then it will be 10 weeks; plan on 8 weeks and it will be 2 weeks.

Before it went down I found out that my truck was in Nogales, AZ on 2/27/23. That's something any way. It's on this side of the border, somewhere.

I was doing my daily check. Contacted Ford Chat. Gave me my order information but knew nothing about the tracker being down. Should have checked here first.

After I checked it I started a chat and the agent gave me the info. I guess they can see more than we can. But that was the most recent status, he said.

I had a chat agent tonight say they are doing construction on the site.
