Ford maybe able to help you out with this. They are tracking everything the vehicle is doing ( at least with our trucks) but I don't know about your car. Try your dealership they may be able to help you out( as long as you have the proof they will need). I literally took ownership on Friday and don't know a lot about it yet but I did research that particular issue because I didn't want Ford selling my information to LexisNexis or vrisk ECT ..thank God I live in a state that allows me to block the sale of that information.
