tracker said my mav was in final preparations and now my shipping date has changed

so like I said last night Ford tracker said my maverick was at my dealer, and going through final preparations. so I go to dealership JUST TO SEE and look at my brand new shiny new Ford maverick . talk to my salesman. and find out it is not on the lot . then when we checked the Ford tracker again we find out that not only is it not here ,but that my shipping date has changed by 2 weeks. can anyone please help me figure this one out. kinda real upset with Ford right about now

Another post mentioned the tracker showed his truck was built before being scheduled for production. The tracker sometimes has a ' mental episode' and shows wildly incorrect information. I've seen it myself where it gives info for the entirely wrong vehicle, so I would always call the dealership to confirm. The tracker may change at any time and regain it's sanity and be correct though.

Tracker for my order shows mine listed as an XL with a 300A and 500A package. Had a date scheduled shown and now it's not. Pretty safe to say the tracker is having a stroke right now.

Yep mine too, did the same thing, it said my truck was “Your 2023 Maverick XL is in final preparation” at my dealership. It’s also a XLT. My sales person checked and she said it was in Arizona and headed to Michigan and would probably be at least a few weeks

My tracker said this morning my "XL" was at dealer. I even took a screenshot. I ordered an XLT.. It was shipped just a few days ago and expect it by Feb 12th. I rechecked it again and showed still in transit. Something definitely going on with the system.

I would call customer service. They are really good at telling me where my23 mav is at. Mine has been sitting in a lot in Fulton, Ca for 2-4 weeks now. My delivery date keeps getting pushed out as well. First it was 01.14.23, then 02.03.23 and now its 02.06.23. Also, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are their update days. Good luck.

I think there was something wrong last night. I checked tracker it it showed shipped 1/6 like before but final prep showed 1/8. So I was confused because I didn't know what final prep meant. I mean its just not possible that it shipped all the way from the plant to houston, tx and arrived at the dealer in 2 days. Today it changed back to what it was before last night so I'm guessing they screwed somethings up.

I'd say the tracker is having gliches.. Maybe they are trying to update it and causing some bugs...
My xlt was finished built on 1/12 and shipped 1/14. On 1/17 customer support told be the truck by rail was in Arizona.... On 1/23 I called again.. When they looked it up she said the last update to rail tracking was in Arizona on 1/17
This morning 1/24 I look at the ford tracking and it said final prep... Dealer calling u soon thought holy crap I have to move some money around.... Then late afternoon... I looked before I was going to call salesman.... Tracker was back to shipped.. A had vehicle details wrong.... Have a xlt and tracker has it xl... And I have 300a and 500a which I belive is for Lariat... Wonder how long till the bugs are out

Yup the tracker was having an episode, it showed "Your 2023 Maverick XL is in final preparation" when it was just shipped a couple of days ago.
