Tracker not updating

My truck has been built since 1/31 but no further information is available. The tracker hasn't updated since 2/4 on my end, called my dealer and all he says is they sent him an ETA of 3/3 delivery to the dealership but no other information is available on his end. They didn't send my dealer a rail car number or anything else and I haven't received a shipped email from Ford yet. Is there another way to find out what's going on? I would think it would have shipped by now

Is your Ramp Code RA8F (East Brookfield, Mass.)?

I would guess that they are waiting to fill up a rail car (or cars) for that ramp. It may take a while.

Your order tracker should switch from Built to Shipped once it finally leaves on a railcar. Once you get that email, your dealer should be able to retrieve a rail car number from VINView.

I have a couple friends that had their trucks ship within 4 or 5 days from built, I was just wondering
