Order Not Updating

I received an email from ford that my truck order will go into production the week of Sept 19. That week has passed and I never received a notice that it did in fact go into production. It still just shows order confirmed with my order number and VIN. Any suggestions or ideas?

Production just means it's in the queue to being built. You should be getting an email shortly that it was built.
