Ford Tracker not updating

For those that were in the same situation as me with being built 8/25 or around then and been awaiting shipment. THE FORD TRACKER IS NOT UPDATING. My dealer just called and confirmed by truck is at a railyard in Chicago and in fact coming next week with an ETA of Monday. even though Ford Tracker showing “awaiting shipment” for 3 weeks now! Great news! So excited.

Had the same thing happen to me op, no updates from the Ford tracker as far as shipping since my maverick was built on 8/29 and then I get a call from my dealer the day before yesterday that my maverick has shipped

Hope that's the case for me too. I have an 8/25 "built" date, but the tracker still says "awaiting shipment". I know a few others here are in the same situation too.

I concur, the tracker is not updating, my Hybrid FE, RR was built on 8/30 & nothing since then. Ford CS says their system has not updated since 8/30. But, I went to see my dealer this past Thursday & they confirmed that my Hybrid was in Nogales, AZ awaiting carrier to go to IL. Maybe mine is in Chicago too??? Although my dealer says It will ship from Nogales, AZ by common carrier, not rail. I find that difficult to believe because everything I've seen so far is ships by rail from AZ to a distribution point such as E. St. Louis, IL or Chicago?

Maybe mine is in Chicago & delivery this week, that would be nice.

Is this just an August build issue? Or are later months affected by the tracker bug as well?

Ask your dealer to look at the vehicle visibility report and he should be able to tell you where it’s at

Not sure. I have seen others with build dates in early September where the tracker already says "shipped."

I really have only seen it with build dates like within a few days of mine earlier and later. Idk if it was just the batch of production that didn’t get updated or what.

I think I meant to say it to the other poster about his tracker. For yours, I read your post, I think you are right on the rail part. My dealer said it goes rail all the way until that final stop where it goes by truck/convoy whatever it is, to your dealer. I believe that’s correct. He said mine went from MX to a southern state, i forgot which one, then went to Chicago, then coming to IA. ETA monday but he said could be any day next week.

I called my dealer today and they gave me an ETA around Oct. 4. Build date of 8/25. Still not being reflected as "shipped" on the tracker, but the timeframe makes sense. To quote the dealer, "it's gotta be real soon"
