Track My Order website issue?

Is anyone having issues with the tracking website now? I have not bee able to get in for 2 days, it just blanks out my info and does not work. My vehicle is scheduled to be here in 2 weeks and now I cannot track it. Wondering if it my computer or if this is site wide. thanks

I don't think the tracking system is all that reliable. I have been getting e-mails every week for a month. Due to ____-____ your vehicle will arrive next week.

I haven’t used that for a couple of weeks because I am tracking mine thru the CSX call in phone number.

I wasn't able to get in for a few days but it worked again for me this morning. I was interested because there is a thread about the change in the timeline. Mine no longer shows estimated delivery and now goes from "shipped" to " Final Preperation" (their spelling) and no more estimated delivery date. My dealer says .... they can't get me the rail information cause it's coming from Mexico..... ( Don't bother telling me they are wrong, I'm just relaying the message they gave me).

I had the same problem you're having a few weeks ago. Eventually it just started working again. You may try to clear your cache, but that's about all you can do.

Thanks. I cleared my cache and it is working again. Has not updated any, but I have a call into the dealer to hopefully get a snapshot of the vis report so I can get the rail car number. We will see.

Same thing here! I wasn’t able to get in all day yesterday. Had a delivery date of 3/3/22, and I heard nothing from my dealer all day. I had to call Ford and they told me the new date is 3/13 now. The tracker does say my truck is in final prep though so that’s something I guess haha.
