Can't Track My Order

At 4:00AM I received an email from Ford that my Maverick had shipped. It auto filled my correct Customer Number and VIN into the tracking area. When I hit the blue "Accept and Track" button, it gave me a red error message saying that the Cust Number or VIN was incorrect. I manually entered them and got the same message. Several hours later, I tried again to track my truck, but this time all it does is keeps brining me back to where you enter your customer number and VIN.

Anyone else having this issue?

are you trying to track it on your phone or a PC? tracking is known to be problematic.
I found I would have to right click, copy the link, Open Crome and paste it in.
sometimes had to do a Shift-F5 to get it to fully reload and track.

The Ford tracker is notoriously unreliable especially when it comes to newly assigned VINs. Give it a day or two to update then try again.

Your order will eventually show up and you will be able to track it. Then one day it will go down again and you won't. Then you will wait a few days and it will work again.

It is the way.

I got the red error message this morning but I just tried it again and the message is gone.

I actually tried tracking it on both, and the same issue with both. I'll try again later, probably just a glitch.

I'll keep trying! Glad to know I wasn't the only one having issues with it!

NO, I track mine every morning. Might just be in the middle of moving locations?

Have you tried the other tracking app?
I tried this morning and ut finally started working again!

Yes, I was able to login to the other Ford app that has the dashboard, owners manual and other particulars.

I guess it was a little glitch in the system. Overall it's worked well!
