Towing Icon Magically Appears!

Driving today in my eco boost 2023 AWD XLT, Trailer Icon came on, truck went into a lower gear,
I have never towed anything with the Mav. Pulled over turned truck off and back on, Icon gone
low gear no longer engaged.
Thoughts? I was not towing anything!

changed them, but can see how they would get bumped.
Just went out and changed settings for the first time! Wife's charging cord was lodged across the button. Wow Thanks again.

Not to worry, Ford has you covered. Just drive true North, stop the truck and look at which way the shadow from your antenna is pointing. It's a built in sundial.

If you hit the right "Mode" button in your steering wheel it changes mode from Normal to Tow mode.

Its pretty easy to bump steering wheel buttons while driving depending on your hand placement
If you didnt bump the button maybe the button has a loose pad & vibration is making Mode contacts connect?
