In that case - tad more clarity.
If the engine is indeed running for several reasons it may be, and the gearing from the generator motor is right to allow it - power for the 12V systems, and the 220V items, fed from the DC DC Convertor, is coming from the generator motor/engine and some/none from the HVB.
Just as the gearing is eCVT so no distinct ratios, the power source with engine running can be variable, but usually the HVB is getting some charging so it's not assisting, but not always.

I got… An extended warranty. So… I can have my tires balanced and rotated without paying. At the very least, it’s useful. 😂
