Still no truck. Shipped 5/31 sitting at Wayne Assembly Plant MI since mid June 20. Ford now saying 15-21 delivery
Same here , mine has been there since the 22nd. I was looking at a website I have access to today and there are like 42 mavericks at the MAP in Wayne waiting for convoy. I did notice the ones leaving within the past few days are staying in Michigan.

How do you see them? Can you check for mine?

Mines has been at Ramp 8P, Shelbyville Mc, KY for the last 2 weeks. That is 35min from my house. What a pain in the ass. Dealer said it is maybe lack of drivers. Seems ridiculous.

I'll just keep doing my part here to speed things along adding to the data collection, keep driving it, and see if it catches on fire or the crankshaft locks up :).

So I heard from my Dealer on Thursday July 7th, (same date as recall issued). They were letting me know that the Lariat Hybrid I ordered in August 2021 was actually on their lot. I picked the truck up on Saturday 9th, registered my Ford Pass App, signed the paperwork and drove home. The next day the recall notice showed up in the FP App dated July 7th and showed open (ie not completed). I thought that perhaps the databases hadn't updated everything yet but wasn't worried. Wednesday all heck broke loose as the dealer apparently realized they had released a vehicle with a safety hazard and had serious potential liability.... I was going to be passing by the dealer at noon the next day (50 mi from home) and said I could bring it in but needed to have it turned around quickly. Spoke to service advisor and the sales team manager, everyone agreed on noon dropoff.
The next day I called when I was 5 minutes away and notified the service advisor that I would be there in 5 minutes (exactly at noon as agreed). But the service advisor said they were really backed up and it could take up to 5 hrs to work it in. I let him know this was important to the dealership and asked if he was sure.... He said yep 5 hrs. I advised I was heading home, couldn't delay 5hrs (true) and would call them to reschedule. About 2hrs later I got a call from dealer. Seems the higher ups heard of the delay and suddenly they offered a personal pickup, loaner car and personal delivery of repaired car, asking several times "how soon can we come get it". We agreed on 8am next morning. They came with a new Bronco sport loaner, did the repair and I had the Maverick back by 1pm that day. That included 2.5 hrs of driving between my house and dealership. They filled the gas tank and washed it too.

Last thing I wanted to advise folks. I got a printed statement of the Ford policy to provide me a rebate check of the difference between MSRP August 2021 and MSRP on June 2022 build date. expecting $890 should be coming in 6-8 weeks. While the recall was a Keystone cops affair, the way Ford and my dealer handled pricing etc... has been fair. Overall the dealer has good staff and during my 11 month wait for the Lariat Hybrid they were helpful. It was frustrating as hell for all of us.

My truck has been at the final ramp, (Ramp 4F) at a rail yard in Dixiana, SC for over 5 weeks. I haven’t been able to get any response from Ford or my dealer on why this has happened.

I know I probably shouldn’t have done this, but I took it upon myself to call the automotive transport company that will most likely be transporting my truck to the dealership, and may have misrepresented myself.

I gave the lady my VIN, and she told me it’s on a “stop-ship” and they can’t schedule a convoy until it’s off. But what was weird, was after some poking around with questions, she told me that she said every Maverick that is at that rail yard, is also on a stop-ship.

It could be nothing, but I thought it was very strange that all the Mavericks at that rail yard are currently on a hold. Could that mean they were damaged in transport? The recent recall? Future recall? Or something else?

And now we know why - All Hybrid Mavericks need to have a recall / fix before anymore can be sold. Not allowed to sell till fixed.

I hope you get it soon.
