After viewing all the pros and cons of bed covers I prefer the Hard Roll Back that locks but the price is out of my range, so
I am about to pull the trigger on the RC Low Profile Hard Cover that can be locked and secured.
🧡Does anyone have a lead to purchase it at a bit lower cost than RC charges?
$649. 95 is their price
🧡Or does someone have another suggestion that has the same attributes?

So far I have added the below mods:
WellVisors Wind Deflectors
EGR 303591 Superguard Hood Guard Bug Protector - which arrived with a missing screw and washer sadly
Mabett Mud Flaps
Muslogy for Maverick Center Console
and
Maverick MOD Cubby Stash from Etsy shop AkroHD

By the way, I 🧡 it and it’s BOLD vibe; I feel 30 again with a new toy!
Thanks to all!

I didn’t get the RC low profile tonneau but I did get a Tri-Fold hard tonneau from eBay… I love it. It had the lock inside. Now my lariat had the locking tailgate from factory, so it’s secured… ish. Unless someone really forces themselves in.

My Maverick is being delivered on Friday to my home from the dealer. Yeah a big deal since he has to drive it 600 miles from Michigan to NC. I needed a tonneau that was secure, and when in Chicago last week, went to the WeatherTech store, and saw their Alloy cover. It's a bit pricy compared to soft ones, but it's made of aluminum. While there's no lock on it per se, if the tailgate is closed, you cannot access the release mechanisms. So I guess that's OK. I was almost convinced I wanted a retractable but they are even more costly and they take up some room for the roller storage. When WeatherTech offered my group 10% off and 50% off shipping, I bought it. Take a look online for WeatherTech Alloy tonneau. Note also you can install a rack system with this.

I purchased the X XCOVER off Amazon for $629 a few months ago for my XLT which does work with my bed rail system and works great so far. It's latch is inside so it locks when the tailgate is locked.

That WeatherTech cover does look nice, I wish it was able to fold up and against the rear window to be able to utilize the whole bed, instead of removing. On my last truck I had the hard one piece from UnderCover and loved it. I contacted them inquiring if they were going to release a one piece for the Maverick but they stated no plans at this time. Maybe they'll change their mind before I take delivery.

My Truxedo Sentry hard roll-up tonneau cover locks in middle & at tailgate. Looks great, keeps water out , fits perfect!
