I used these from GCI. Had to make shims or I could have opened the throat a bit for the inner rail lip.

How thick would you guess the shims are? I'm thinking about picking up a pack of flat shims at the hardware store, not sure if it would be a waste or not.

I used composite shims from Home Depot. Once I found the right thickness I cut 5 more the same. It's a cheap remedy.

Just did that myself.. looks like it holds to the bed a lot better. Hopefully I don't have issues with the closing mechanism here on out.
