Hey Maverick fans!
SO I ordered my truck July 23, 2021,
Alamogordo NM Vision Ford
Order number 4539
I kept checking with the Dealor, and finally found a responsible sales person, ,,, well I thought so.
He finally contacted me and said the Truck was being built Feb 14
March now and I got a call it was in PHX, that was nearly two weeks ago.
I never got the email from Ford that it was being built or even a VIN number
I requested a VIN from the SALES PERSON today and he doesnt have one, said they havent been assigned one yet????
What are your opinions?
I found a priority code 19, sounds bad
is there someone else I can contact?
I did at one time , was being answered on Facebook messenger, but they have stopped answering when I asked for details.

Stop wasting your time with the dealer and call Ford corporate, I believe this is the number for the Ford Maverick Customer Support Hotline: 800.334.4375'

Ask them if they can look up your order by name or phone number or whatever info you can provide. Let them know your dealer has been giving you the runaround. You might not even have a valid order in the system.

Yes I called them and they gave me my VIN number and I should be getting the truck any day now so now I'm working on getting the money transfered. Thanks for the reply!!

Hey everybody, I am going to share a secret with you that NOBODY else knows.

Car SalesPeople got their reputation for a reason. There are exceptions but by and large? They succeed despite themselves.

Fortunately my sales rep was right on top of everything. Ordering was a good experience. I ordered November 11 and so far no action by Ford except a confirmation. Gullo in Conroe Texas had a cancelled order almost identical to mine except Velocity Blue and not Cyber Orange. Also it had a moonroof and bed lighting and ash tray bin. I was called as soon as it was declined and it is now in my garage since mid December. Word on the one I ordered - big hole in the world. Jay has a list for when it comes in. Gullo so far hasn't been charging over MSRP.
