I put on the Cooper Discoverer Road & Trail, should check all your boxes except raised white letters.
I put on Cooper Road and Trail, upsized from 225/60/R18 on Lariat to 235/65/R18. I like the look and the added height/side wall, but the MPG monitor shows mileage dropped to about 4-5 mpg. Used to get an average of about 29-30, and over the first 1,000 miles, it is averaging about 24.5 mpg. I know I can't rely on this because of the increase in size, but I also can calculate it manually because the odometer is off. The tires are a little noisier (not a lot) but the ride is noticeably harsher over bumpy road sections. Michelin Primacy A/S was stock and lasted 50,000 miles. I am contemplating getting forscan to correct the computer, but also not sure if Ford or another shop could recalibrate for the larger tires. Any thoughts?

They are five pounds heavier each. They are almost 5% taller (less aero) and wider (more drag). Could be a combination of all that and the speedo and computer are now 5% off.

As far as ride, make sure they didn't over inflate them. Put whatever it says on the door in the tire (cold). Do not put what it says on the tire. With the taller sidewall it should ride better.

There are only so many options in Forscan (just what sizes are available from the factory). I went from 225/65/17 to 245/65/17 and was able to go up to the 235/65 size that comes on the Tremor but not my actual size. It's within 1.7% so that worked for me. That may be the tallest option available to you with Forscan. Choosing it get you from 5% back to 3%.

Here is a tool to play with: https://tiresize.com/comparison/

I have them at 35 which was better than the 41 they put in when they were installed. The difference and weight is more like 7 pounds per tire which I know is making a difference.

To help spin up that extra 28 pounds of rolling mass accelerate ā€˜Briskly’.
Your focus is getting into the higher gears asap.
Use your Ecoboost’s power to your advantage in 1st through 5th gears.
More RPM’s will help spin up those heavier meats with very little extra fuel burned.

In the past I’ve adjusted my acceleration protocols and lost only one or even less mpg’s going to 235 wides from 225’s and All season to the more ā€˜Tame’ At’s

Can’t control such things with the CVT. Mavbrid, nothing you can do.
