First vehicle I bought new (50+ years ago) was custom ordered from a Ford-Lincoln-Mercury dealer and took about 4 months to arrive.
When picked up the Maverick in mid-March of this year the lot at the dealership was nearly bare. On the showroom floor was a lone Bronco, with prominent SOLD signs displayed on it. Flash forward to a couple of weeks ago. Was there to have the crankcase recall taken care of, when the same lot was filled to capacity (excluding Mavericks).
Sitting in the showroom (no waiting room in the service department), parked inside were a Bronco Sport Badlands (red), a Mustang Mach-E (red), an F-150 Lightning (white) and a Super Duty Tremor (blue). Meant to check the window sticker on that last one purely out of curiosity to see if the bottom line said "price continued on next sticker."
