Time to let it go.

Selling my 23 Hybrid. It's been a great little truck, but since buying the used Flex, I find myself driving it more, and the Maverick just sitting around all week. Got an Offer for $25,800 from Carvana. Paid $25.3 new. 13 months, and 28K miles later, I just don't see values holding on these much longer. I did do $22,000 in rideshare with it. Carvana is cutting me a check for $5300 and paying it off. I will be selling most of the accessories I bought for it locally. I'm hoping Ford does build the Maverick based van they mentioned, and in a 7 passenger version. I'd buy that now. Otherwise, I will just see what else is coming. They are picking it up tomorrow.

UPDATE: Truck is sold. They picked it up yesterday. Will be listing my accessories soon, hopefully for local sale.

I am in the Chicago area. Have a Flated high rise cap, soft tri fold, mabett seat covers, EGR Vent Visors, Extra storage cubby, and lots of little things.

I don't either. I got it $500 below sticker, sold it for $600 more than I paid, made over $20k doing rideshare with it and got to drive it through 13 states. Total mileage 28k. I have no complaints.

I guess the fact that it's on hold already means someone likes my choice of options and personal upgrades. I may get another, but will wait a year or so to see what else is in the pipeline. Until then, I will still hangout here a bit.

First person that buys it will drive 2,000 miles and then the CV alxes will fail. Truck will sit at the dealer while they decide on how long it will take to fix. Meanwhile new owner will find MaverickTruckClub and start complaining to us.

We will then calm him down and tell him the axles have been upgraded and he will be better off moving forward.

After the new owner gets the truck back, because it sat awhile at the dealer, they will start posting about no dome or truck bed lights and this "sleep" message the truck keeps sending...........

After than, the new owner will post things about the reverse camera, what is an AGM battery and why can't I find one that fits the Maverick..................
