I sold many vehicles that were not fit for the road in CA to people taking them south of the border. No title? No care. Plus, stuff I've seen overseas like trucks dumping waste a mile away from a "luxury resort" lol. Amazing.

I just claim sovereign citizenship from those darn road pirates anyways... 60% of the time, it works every time.
