I would think this would still be covered under the emissions warranty which is longer than the standard warranty.

I have not fueled it up any different than I have in the past .. I will try and get in tomorrow or call there and have them check via Ford pass

Right. I can see you got 50k on it. But in the past, have you filled after the click at the pump?

If so, stop. If not, good.

Hopefully it's a simple fix either way.

Isn't standard hybrid components 8 year 100,000.

If it's part of the HYBRID Electrical system it should be.
