So, I've at least upped my odds for a November build date.....not holding my breath, though...

Without me doing a deep dive into this forum - can someone 'splain the "priority code" system and how it affects one's build date?

Your build number is on the top of your order sheet - It will say "Priority Code" . For a customer order the dealer assigns a code from 10 thru 19 - 10 is the highest priority and as it gets closer to being scheduled, a vin assigned, and a production date emailed to you, the number decreases. When someone says Im at a 2 that means the priority is at the point where Ford has gotten close to pulling your order to schedule a build. Depending on many factors and possibly the phase of the moon It can go back up to a 10 due to things the factory is out of - bed liner, bed covers, floor mats, anything that would slow your build kicks it back up. If you contact your dealer they can actually look at the priority and see any changes. Personally calling Ford has only gotten me - yes your order is in the system but that's all I can tell you. The emails from Ford usually go out on Thursdays informing you - hey we picked you order to build.

When did they get access to priority codes at that marketing number? I asked multiple times before and they claimed it was only available through dealer.
