I have gotten emails all along the way and I did not built mine online before I went to my dealership. I looked at it before I went in so I knew exactly what I wanted but didnāt build and send the info to the dealership beforehand.Still don't understand why some people get emails for every step of the order to build process from Ford and others of us never got anything. I called Ford customer service and they told me my order was in and then said when my Maverick gets scheduled I'll get an email with the VIN #. Well about a week after that phone call, my dealer sent me an email that my Maverick is scheduled for June. But lo and behold, did I get an email from Ford with the VIN? Of course not.
Are all the people that got emails from Ford for all the steps of the process, people that did thier build online before taking it to the dealer rather than a person like me that put the order in at the dealer in person I'm wondering?
