Hi! I'm in DFW. Just Monday I ordered an XLT (cruise control) hybrid, trailer hitch, air deflectors, 110v AC in cab, full size spare. Ordered Oxford white (it just looks right). I ordered from five star Ford in north Richland hills. Customer service has been good so far and everything seems good to go and trustworthy. I wanted to order a spray in bedliner, but they counseled me against it because it may slow the production. I found this website afterwards and, sure enough, they're saying the same thing. 
They told me, "we can get it for cheaper anyways, and if it's going to cost more, we'll MAKE it cheaper.".

I live in Buda. Lief Johnson truck city in town never bothered to try to order my truck for me after I placed a reservation so I contacted my old sales rep at maxwell Ford in Austin. I did everything via email and phone. Never had to step into the dealership. Had my order confirmation email the next day from Ford.
like others have said $500 refundable deposit at msrp. If you need a quality sales rep in the austin areaask for Fernando Duran at maxwell. I’ve dealt with him on 3 vehicles now and he’s always been honest helpful and friendly. I don’t have a bad thing to say about him. Great sales rep.

My salesman was Louie at 5 star Ford on coin and 190Can I get a name and number for your salesman. the Dallas dealerships are so big I don’t want to get stuck with the one salesman who’s ”new”. Every time I try to get an order going around here where I am I keep getting run around like they don’t know what they’re doing. I live about two hours away from Dallas, Paris-up towards Texarkana but dealers here are brain dead. we are trying to hurry up and get this thing done because it’s for my 16 yr old boy, he’s already gonna be pushing 17 before he ever sees the new truck..

I placed a Lariat order with Nathan 3 weeks ago and still have not received my confirmation email. I called and spoke to the manager at Mac Haik he told me that my order is in the local database but that it has not been picked up by Ford yet.
I then placed an order with Sterling McCall Ford so hopefully this one will get picked up.
That stinks. I got my confirmation email same day

Has anyone got theirs scheduled yet in north Texas area or Texas? Curious. I’m debating on getting all the accessories I added to my lariat off if it will help speed the process. Ordered on 6/12.
The email from 5 Star in North Richland hills from over the weekend stated 6 of the 60 orders they have were already scheduled for production and they were asking for more allocation. He also said something about hoping to start seeing them show up in November, so wasn't sure if September production slots were tied to November delivery dates or that was unrelated.

I had a confirmed order at Five Star Ford in Dallas as of 6/12 and I got scheduled for production the week of September 13th. My build is an XLT 2.0 with FX4 and 4K towing with a couple of other options included. I removed the spray in bedliner to expedite scheduling, dealer said I could do it there after delivery.
