My 3 weeks old Maverick with 1,700km/1,000 mi give me a error. Both check engine light and "Ready" light are on. Taking to my local Ford to see what is the problem.

This is what is showing on the FordPass.

What is Happening?
The engine control system has detected the exhaust gas cooler is not operating as efficiently as expected. Diesel engine equipped vehicles may indicate that it is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power when this condition is present.
What Should I Do?
Verify the vehicle's coolant level is within normal levels in the coolant reservoir. Refer to the vehicle's owner guide for additional details on checking the vehicle's coolant levels. If sufficient coolant is present, have the system checked by an authorized dealer.

Join the club. Exactly my issue. Wonder if it's a Canadian thing because of the added block heater?

Hi there. This engine control concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Maverick. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.
