The clips that hold the trox screw which hold the bottom shield keep falling out…

I don’t know if this is a design flaw or poor installation but these clips don’t seem to able to hold their place and keep falling off. Any suggestions to keep them secure?

I have had good luck using Ford specific hardware from this bag I bought off Amazon.
Metal and plastic for the push in nuts where metal doesn't work.

I bought mine off amazon also.all metal,no plastic they are nothing special just alot sturdier and NO plastic.threw the original stuff in trash!do a search for
oil pan shield fasteners on amazon.
