Tailgate Handle Protective Overlay

Hello, Ha anyone found or seen an Overlay that would go around the Tailgate Handle Area ? I thought I saw one on this site but can't remember. Something like this that would go around the whole area of the Handle and fit down inside that recess? I would like to put a Matt Black one on my Oxford White 2023 but not having much luck. Thanks for any advice
